Laurence is a creative entrepreneur, speaker, coach and recently – a talk show host! His books include “The Optimist – one man’s search for the brighter side of life”, “A global tour of the world’s most positive people”, and “The lazy guru’s guide to life” , a cartoon book that advocates doing nothing as a new approach to mindfulness.

He lives in East Sussex with his wife and two children and helps stressed out business owners to relax when he’s not at home writing.
